Pop Your Vitamins™ Returns & Exchanges Policy

This Returns & Exchanges Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases from www.popyourvitamins.com (the “Website”), operated by Sláinte Food Co., LLC d/b/a Pop Your Vitamins™ (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

 


 

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Opened or partially used beverages cannot be returned (food safety rules).

 


 

2. Exchanges

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Email hello@popyourvitamins.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the issue.

 


 

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.

 


 

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or consumed beverages.

  • Free gifts or promotional items.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.

 


 

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@popyourvitamins.com with your order number.

  2. State your reason for return and include photos if applicable.

  3. We’ll provide instructions if the return is approved.

Our beverages are made with vitamins and botanicals, but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult your healthcare provider before introducing new products into your routine.
