Thank you for choosing Pop Your Vitamins! We work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and ready to pop.

 

 

 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • Hawaii

  • Alaska

  • U.S. Territories

  • PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

Typical transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume seasons.

 

 

 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for qualifying order totals.

 

 

 Local Delivery / Pickup

If we are offering special events, local drop-offs, or farm pickup days, those options will appear at checkout when available.

 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email
It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

 

 

 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We want you to have the best experience possible.

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is missing items

  • Shows as “delivered” but cannot be found

Please contact us within 3 days at:

Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll work with you to replace or refund the affected items.

 

 

 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

If you need to update your address, email us as soon as possible—we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

 

 

International Shipping

At this time, Pop Your Vitamins ships within the U.S. only.
International shipping may be added in the future.

 

 

Warm Weather Shipping (Seasonal)

During hot months, we may:

  • Add cold packs

  • Adjust shipping days

  • Recommend expedited delivery

This helps protect product quality during transit.
